i just couldn’t rectify the lack of a clean room with functioning fans, and the non-existent pool when i booked for it! absolutely absurd to charge over $200 without some special treatment or apology. such a disappointment, the service was mediocre at best. if i had recievd anything for my troubles, i might’ve considered a better rating.

I enjoyed a two-night stay in a King Room- Non Smoking. The staff were welcoming and made my experience enjoyable. The pool had nice views, enhancing the atmosphere. A few staff members had great conversations with me. Overall, it was a relaxing visit. 😊

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds, Non-Smoking/Poolside. Poolside rooms provide easy access to the pool area. One staff member and I shared a good laugh. The atmosphere felt cute. A pleasant experience! 😊

What really made this stay was the indoor pool setup, I mean, it was really inviting and not a humid mess like you’d expect. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, especially a lady named Marissa at the front desk who was kind and accommodating.

Additionally, the advertised hot tub was out of service, despite being a major attraction for guests seeking relaxation after a long day.
